This was an amazing book from an author that I really enjoy. It's light-hearted and really tongue in cheek about it's parodies and interpretations of Christs' adventures. It is also causes a bit of interesting thoughts to come to mind without being completely self-aware. Read it kids. It'll be good for you.

You should read Fool and A Dirty Job by the same author, unless you were more captivated by the Joshua aspect. Then my suggestions are null. Ta ta mr. Muerto!
Read them both and they were excellent. Christopher Moore really is the sort of writer I'd love to be able to emulate. Such a unique voice.
